What are your fees?
Our fees are dependent on a lot of factors such as, which year the student is in, what subjects are you looking for, if you need one-on-one lessons, are siblings joining in, are you a key worker, how many hours in a week, etc. In order to get a proper idea, please contact us through the contact form and one of us will contact you shortly. But rest assured, our fees are very competitive and it is a fixed monthly fee.
I work for the NHS, can I get a discount?
We can work something out for you, but please refer to Q1 in the FAQ section.
What platform do you use for the lessons?
We use a very friendly platform, ‘Google Meet’.
Do you provide face to face lessons?
Yes, we do, but the seats are very limited. 99% of our lessons happen online.
Are your teachers trained?
We take pride in our teachers. Each of them is handpicked and is thoroughly trained in the UK curriculum. All our teachers are pros at what they teach and we do not compare them with others as they are just too good!
Will online lessons actually help?
We’ve had 100% success with our online lessons as we have a totally different approach. Join and give us 3 months…you will see the difference. If you still have doubts, ask for a trial lesson.
Can you assess my child’s ability before they start?
Surely, just drop us a message and we will get that rolling.
Will I get regular feedback?
We are one of the most approachable team of teachers you will ever find. We are friendly, approachable, transparent. Our teachers and staff are equally loved by both parents and students.
What subjects can you help me with in Primary?
We support in Maths and English, SATs preparation, 11+ or entrance coaching. We guarantee a 100% result in the tests.
Do you conduct tests?
Of course!
Do you give homework?
Yes, we do. Every child gets some homework at the end of the lesson. Year 6 children get daily ones
How many hours of lessons do you provide per subject?
We have a very simple approach. One hour lesson per subject is more than enough. Believe us, it is tried and tested. This ensures that the students don’t feel burdened with a lot of studies. At the same time, many of our students opt for more hours a week, especially if they are preparing for SATS, GCSE, 11+ or entrance exams.
Will the teacher remain the same for the entire academic year?
Yes, our teachers are reliable and remain the same for the entire academic year. However, personal circumstances may arise because of which they may have to leave, or we may have to find a cover teacher on some days. We will keep you informed well in advance.
Are the teachers flexible in terms of timings.
If it is a one-to-one lesson, yes, we come to an agreement between all parties on the timings before the first lesson commences. We understand that we may have to reschedule some lessons due to inconvenience of both parties. However, if it is a classroom session, we might not be able to change the timings. We will still try to contact the other students in the class to check if they are also ok with rescheduling the lesson. Usually, it is a win-win for everyone.
Do you do GCSE resits?
You bet, but we would like you to contact us for further information.
How well do you train for SATs?
Join us and you will see Our SATs preparation are thorough and exceptional.
Do you have proper faculties for GCSEs?
Good question! Think of it this way, we wouldn’t have 100% success rate, if we did not have proper faculties. As we have small groups or as most of our students do one on one, our GCSE focussed training plan is top notch.
Will I get a discount if I were to bring in more students to you?
We can definitely look into it.
Can I freeze my classes, if I am going on holiday?
That is something which we would need to work out. If ample notice is given and if the duration is not for months, we think our teachers will be OK with it. Our teachers are in high demand and usually we have a waiting list of students wanting to join a particular teacher. If it is a long break, we may not be able to hold the teacher for you. But as we said, give us a call and we will work something out for you.
Are your teachers from the UK?
No, we have teachers from all over the world. It would be insulting to us and to our teachers if we were to make a discrimination. We value our teachers, no matter where they are from. Ultimately, our objective is to provide exceptional academic support. So, we expect the same from our parents and students- to understand the value the teachers bring to you.
